Bio
Started in the early 2002, TKR started out a new generation of rockers in Dominican Republic, becoming instantly one of the most followed bands in the local scene.
Their first demo The Cheesecutting Revenge EP jump from metal, to altern modern rock, to jazz to latin in a fusion that brought them enough success as to stablish in the movement. "She" and "Reassembly" were considered Golden Songs by the Independent Artist Company and became huge hits on the national radio.
Later on, the band played shows all over the country, sharing stages with other fellow bands such as Hagakure, Desorden, Santuario and Dark Miracle.
It wasn't until 2005 with their debut full lenght album Inertia, that the media noticed the band was becoming a solid act. This album awarded them a nomination to the Most Important art award in the country, the Casandra Awards 2006, making the band the first underground Rock act to make it in. Songs like "Alquimia", "Origami" and "4:20 p.m" sounded all across the country, making it in the 1st positions of every rock radio station.
Their latest album Lienzo EP, has brouhg the band to a whole new audience, sharing their music with Latinamerica (Mexico, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentia, Peru, Costa Rica, Ecuador among other countries) where they have sold many copies of this album through the internet.
The band keeps working it as they have inspired other generations of young musicians in the country to begin the journey of becoming artists with positive messages, pure and honest art.
