Bio

The air is filled with smoke, behind the scene 3 guys are sweating. They are waiting to be anounced as "Punk'd Royal , incredible Electro Indie fom Düsseldorf". This scene takes part in the famous White Trash Fastfood in Berlin!
The band enters the stage, Matthias Stamm with the fastes arms on the whole damn planet and the brothers Aljoscha and Niklas Mallmann who uses Bass, Synthie, Cowbells and whatever to make the Royal sound as it should be: A catchy beat hits an off-beat bass and a pressure-full guitar!
Flash-light and the freaked-out stage show makes the girls dance and the guys clap their hands imediately.
"I was a bit nervous to get stamped as an dead-alive pupil-band. So we started with "Shoes on my Bedroom floor. After one incredbly short minute I recognised that we were balmy enough for this bughouse!", explains Aljoscha breathless in an interview with gavin Blackburn who sums up:
"(..) Add to that a dinky bass player whose instrument was bigger than he was striking some military style robot poses and Punk'd Royal were a welcome addition to the line-up. Bravo boys!"
Aljoscha founded the succesfull Indie Label Pretty Pink Records whitch inclueds by now 3 amazing Indie Bands an the singer/songwriter Alex Amsterdam.
Their first release under the wings of Pretty Pink Records was "No more without stereo" an online only Release with had big success, not only in Germany!
On the 19th of October this year their new album "Bellyfeel" who's name refers to 1984 by George Orwell hit the stores. It'll be a thrilly not silly-billy peace of music!
