Los Perex is an innovative technical punk band formed in 1997 that pushes the limits of the genre by integrating different musical influences like Metal and melodic Hardcore to create their unique punk sound.

Six guys jumping around the dominican streets. Guitar players energized as hell, the singer just goin crazy, the bassist playing around like a maniac wielding a chainsaw and a drummer totally down to earth.

The band was a punk rock wet dream back in ´97 and still a hard to believe punk band from the dominican republic.

Santo Domingo couldn't get enough, the decision to play as much as possible would be established as an unspoken understanding among them all, releasing their firts full length album titled ¨Historia¨ in the summer ´05.

One of Dominican Republic's best punk bands, being the most older active punk band in their local scene. They´ve been part of many independent splits cd´s in the latin american countries.

This band grew up so fast and they´ve been actually recording a new full length album and touring throughout Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and hopefully US (east coast) and Mexico in summer´08.

If it was possible for this band to get any more serious about what they do, they did.

If it was possible for this band to stray any further from their musical inception, they did and still on their own.
