Fancy Girls Market is the exciting next and upcoming band in Toronto growing in popularity. It all started of in February when four hardworking musicians came together bringing all different kinds of musical backgrounds varying from classical to gangster rap! The unlikely combination of musicians all meet through the internet and friends. Ever since that stormy winter night when the band become a whole, they have been hard working many sleepless nights and long hours to perfect they're powerful music. When they got on stage for our first performance at the Silver Dollar Room, the crowd turned into a frenzy of excitement and passion with screams of praise and support! Ever since then, Fancy Girls Market have been complimented most for they're live performances and energy on stage while still being musically strong. With all the performances happening, Fancy Girls Market recently opened for the Toronto Independent Music Awards and blew away the competition and is now nominated for Best Young Songwriters. Fancy Girls Market fans always manage to get involved in the music by dancing or just partying. Fancy Girls Market is making a lot of noise in the Toronto and Canadian music scene and they don't plan on stopping anytime soon!
