Story Behind our Band Name

A premature version of this 'act' started out as a small time bar band named 'Barley & Hopps' (kind of a poor attempt at a tongue in cheek name like 'Brooks & Dunn or Big & Rich etc'...) which worked at the time for what the act was doing... When changing the name in 1998, it was suggested that if we take the 'alcohol' reference out of the name, we might as well be a 'Dry County'.
