Story Behind our Band Name

Outside the obvious weather allusions, the name comes from the winter of 2006 when I was going through a really long drawn out break up to an 8 year relationship, and a lot of the songs came out during that winter...hence Cancel Winter was born. The band has recently changed the line up, and has played it's first two shows.
