Bio

Aura Champion was formed June of this year from the breakup of some local bands around the Columbia, SC music scene. Although each member is only 18, the amount of musical prowess each of them display is impressive. Combining elements of metal, emo, jazz, pop, punk, and post-hardcore, they are creating a sound never heard before in rock. It could be described as an emotional sonic roller coaster, never missing a beat.

Recently they recorded a 5 song EP at a local recording studio, and have it for sale via their myspace. Aura Champion wants to leave a lasting mark on music, and will stop at nothing to get there. Already they are creating a huge buzz around their town, with over the top live performances, and great fan interaction.
