The name Alucard has been chosen because Dorian is a fan of Anne Rice's books ; she is the woman who wrote « The Vampire Chronicles" with the very famous "Interview with a Vampire".
In these books, the vampires are embracing their victims, offering them ecstasy before they kill them. It's this sensuality which is reflected through their music.
Dracula also because Bram Stoker's book first tells the story of a passionate and eternal love.
